Can we filter on items other than Shooter?
No, not through the Exchange page, but we’ll be updating our filters soon. When we do you’ll be able to filter on side of ball, home team, away team, and asset types.
What data can we view about files?
Here’s information that we can display about files in our preview.
- The asset owner
- Game Properties
- Game Date
- Home Team
- Away Team
Can we set a preferred shooter for a game?
This can be done through our Console client by using the Filter Teams option. Enable the Include option in the Pick Teams menu. From there, scroll to the team who’s game you’d prefer to use. Click the checkbox next to their name and only their game file will download through the Console. You can learn more about how to use the Filter Teams option here.
Are downloads automated?
Yes, the download process can be automated by subscribing to team content and making sure you’re Vault Exchange Console is running on at least one client machine.
Can I be notified if there’s new content available?
Yes, e-mail notifications are currently available to alert you if new content has been uploaded. You can set these alerts for teams whose game assets you’ve subscribed to.
You’re currently unable to receive SMS notifications or be alerted when you’ve been shared something through My Vault.
How do I see who my content has been shared to?
Selecting an asset in either the Home or Exchange tab will display the asset details. The Security Profile field will display all the organizations that are able to view your asset.
How do I remove previous shares?
Select an asset and within the asset details edit the list of shares under Security Profiles. Removing the orgs that should not have read access will remove it from their searches..
