Content Subscription - Exchange term that notes the list of teams and corresponding settings regarding which content the user would like to automatically download.
Content Notification - Alerts sent to the user Email based on user preference that alert the user there is new content available. That content can be manually or automatically downloaded based on user preferences
Vault - A web based application that warehouses and indexes content to facilitate searching and exporting workflows.
Exchange - A component of the Vault optimized to facilitate getting game related content from one team to another.
Asset - A digital entry into the Vault that aligns metadata to the stored media. These are the core elements of the system that are searched against.
Asset Type - The core categories of content that can be stored in the Vault. Currently supported Asset Types include Video, Photo, Audio and Documents.
Preview Panel - The right hand side of the Home and Exchange screens that displays a preview player for the selected asset along with corresponding meta data. All users have access to the preview panel.
Edit Data - The ability to modify meta-data stored to an asset. Many of the elements of the meta data are indexed for search. This is a permissioned action that is not available to all roles.
Clipping - The user ability to mark in and out points in reference to a video. These marks are stored against the asset at the organization level.
Clips - The individual marks that result from Clipping. These can be “melted” together into a new asset by either selecting the Save or Download actions from the clipping screen.
Live Asset - A scheduled asset that is captured via a live stream. These are configured in the Manage Live Assets menu where the user can configure the properties of the screen capture.
Toasts - visual indicators in the UI that alert the user to the status of back end processed such as Asset Creation, Publications and Downloads.
